We accept orders on our online store 24/7. Please check our shipping polices for more information.Please note, due to the current demand and our capacity, we are running over on some estimated ship dates.  While we are doing everything possible to meet lead times, we are unable to guarantee any delivery dates at this time.

Special Ordering Information
Hazardous Material Policies
All S* / hazardous items (e.g. Ben Nye Final Seal) require an additional $45 for overnight shipping on top of the base shipping cost. Otherwise they will be shipped USPS priority.
All S* / hazardous items can not be shipped internationally.
Additional Surcharge
Orders for less than $10.00 carry a $5.00 USD surcharge. This charge is reflected in our online shopping cart.
Sales Tax
California residents will be charged a 9.35% sales tax which is applicable to your billing and/or shipping address.

Return/Exchange Policies
All sales are final! Due to the nature of the products we carry, we can not accept returns because of hygienic and environmental exposure issues.
General Notes
Products are thoroughly checked for damages and are properly packed before leaving our warehouse. We are not responsible for damaged goods after we send a package out for delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged please file a report with the shipping company from which you received your package.
We try our hardest to meet your time requirements for rush orders but we are not responsible for delivery issues based on the shipping company. Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping company is responsible for shipping times.
Two way shipping costs for non deliverable or refused orders will be issued to the customer.
Additional Information
We are not responsible for items that melt at your residence or in your mailbox. All cream makeup will melt in hot weather.
We are not responsible for items that are stolen at your place of business, residence, or from your mailbox. Once a package leaves our warehouse we are no longer responsible for it. We strongly suggest you order Signature Confirmation at check out if packages are left in exposed or vulnerable areas for theft.
If you have an issue with your order, to be able to address your problem you must email us within 72 hours upon receiving your package. Complaints made after 72 hours will not be taken into consideration.

 

Shipping Policies
Shipping Methods US Mail, FedEx or DHL(international customers)
Custom Flag Orders are not returnable nor refundable. On Custom Flag Orders Flaghouseonline can not promise to meet deadline requirements.

For large items and large flag poles, they will be shipped via freight truck delivery. After placing order, please contact us for a proper price & shipping quote.

FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. 2nd Day and next day air deliveries must be a physical address.
Once a package leaves our warehouse we are no longer responsible for delivery times or items damaged in transit.
Non deliverable Orders:Two way shipping costs for non deliverable or refused orders will be issued to the customer.
Some orders are custom orders and may take up to a week to ship out or to become available for store pickup. If you need your items right away please contact us for availability. During holiday seasons there may be delays on shipping time estimates.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) will be shipped out the next business day. Orders will not be shipped out on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
For Next Day and 2nd Day shipping, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (PST). There are no deliveries on weekends and orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following week. 2nd day orders placed on Thursday will not be delivered until the following week.
Standard domestic shipping Takes 5-9 business days. Domestic USPS Express Mail Takes 2-3 business days.
First Class Canada orders may take up to 2-4 weeks. If you need your packages sooner please choose Express shipping.
USPS Express Mail International and Express Mail Canada may take up to 8-10 days.
*We offer Western Union First Class shipping in select areas. Please note that deliveries may take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive. Makeup Showroom is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Please contact us for more details.
Orders over $20 using first class shipping to Canada and Australia must be paid through Western Union. First class shipping is available to other international countries and must be paid through Western Union as well. Please contact us for more details.
Special Kits, Sale Items, Custom Orders and Custom Kits are not subject for free shipment. Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks to 2 months to ship out.
International Express shipping is available and can be paid with a credit card.

Fraudulent charge backs are not tolerated and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We will track your ip and email address if you are suspected of a fraudulent charge back.

For security purposes, our billing department may take extra measures to verify the cardholders identity and billing information.

If this is your first time ordering with us and you are paying with a credit card, we recommend that you ship your order to the billing address on the credit card. If the billing address on your card is different from the shipping address we will have to verify your card which can take up to 10 days. If it is not possible verify your card we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

As a part of our verification process, you may be required to send Makeup Showroom a copy of:

- The Credit Card used to make the purchase
- A government-issued photo ID for the cardholder

Paypal:

If you are paying with pay pal please pay with funds from your paypal account, not with a linked credit or bank card. If you pay with paypal we will ship your order anywhere you’d like. We especially recommend paying with Pay Pal if your order is not being shipped to your billing address.

Western Union:

We also recommend western union for large and international orders.
For orders over $25 we request a signature.


 

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process. There is also a shipping calculator on the shopping cart page before you make your purchase.

 

Price Match Guarantee
We will match any online store's price in the United States
Email the link to the product you found cheaper to makeupshowroom@yahoo.com. We will then email you a coupon code to match that price. The product must be in stock and available to purchase on the site that you send us.
Price match guarantee is on advertised public prices, not on Pro-discounted prices of more than 20%.
Shipping is included in the cost. We will compare their price with their shipping charges to our price with our shipping charges. If their price is lower we will send you a coupon code to match their price.
Price match guarantee is not retroactive. You must notify us before you purchase the items, we can not give refunds if you order without contacting us before you order. We need to provide you with a coupon code.
Dealer must be authorized to sell the item. (No Ebay or Amazon sites please!). Sites we do not price Match to are sites that carry imitation products or knock offs. We do not match products to sites that offer damaged goods or wholesale prices.
